In accessing this information, you acknowledge the importance of keeping confidential proprietary information including, but not limited to, the identity of CFMC's panel, directories, pricing information, and contracting information. You agree to keep confidential, and not to disclose to any third party, any proprietary information of CFMC. You further agree that this clause regarding confidentiality shall survive the termination of this agreement.
Generally, rates for both physicians and hospitals are renewed in January or July of each year. There are exceptions, which may necessitate changes in rates for certain hospitals and physician groups throughout the year.
CLIENT DATABASES
Databases will be updated on a weekly basis. New files will be available each Monday. An export specification document will be included, and any formatting changes will be listed.
